can i connect 2 or more batteries together, in a continous loop, and still be safe to hook up my 12v - 110w inverter safely?

You don't give enough details, so I will have to shoot from the hip.

Two 12V batteries can be hooked in parallel, much like you do when you jump a car's battery.

No problem hooking any 12v stratagem to this. Just don't put them in series, or you will have 24V and blow the inverter.
