How can I add a sub to a stock stereo and still keep the factory installed sub?
I have an 03 Nissan sentra se-r spec v that came with the rockford fosgate stereo with an 8" sub. Its a pleasingly system and like it i just want to add more bass. How can i install my sub without cancelling out the other sub or buying a new head unit?
My amp has rabble-rouser level inputs. How do i connect the speakers into the amp?
Well you can get another sub and amp and put it as far away from the toher sub as realizable. If the other sub is in the trunk then you are going to want to put the new sub as far from that as possible with any ports facing away from the other sub and toward the trunk lid. As for connecting it to the banal stereo there are muliply ways. 1) you can get an RCA converter which connects to the rear speakers and gives the RCA crop the amp uses or 2) you can get an amp that has speaker level inputs already. Both setups would work just fine and substantial quite nice.
