Which Panasonic Wet/Dry Shaver is better for sensitive skin?

I'm looking to get a wet/dry thrilling shaver because I've read good reviews of them. I have very sensitive skin and CANNOT use a regular blade or rotary razor because I have problems with bad irritation/bumps/ingrown hairs.

What I'm wondering is if I should get one with 4 blades or 3 blades? Would 4 be more austere on my skin or better?
